About Us

Studio 88 was set up in 1963 by Michael Turner & his wife Helen to publish prints and cards from his paintings and make his work available to a wider audience. Their son Graham's first print was published by us thirty-five years ago, and Studio 88 is now run by Graham and his wife Anita, so still very much a family business - with over fifty years experience in bringing the work of Michael and Graham Turner to many satisfied customers worldwide by mail order. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our On-line Gallery and click the Add to Cart button next to any items you wish to buy. You can view and modify your order by clicking on the View Cart button, then, after you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order.

We accept payment by credit or debit card - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling, but if you are shopping from North America or elsewhere in the World, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch.

Alternatively you may place your order by phone or post.

Payment may also be made by cheque (Pounds Sterling only)
Shipping And Handling

Post and Packing charge for most items, with a few exceptions listed below:

UK orders under £15 - £2.00 post & packing.

UK orders of £15 and over - £4.50 post & packing.

European orders under £15 - £5.00 post & packing.

European orders of £15 and over - £7.50 post & packing.

Rest of the World orders under £15 - £5.50 post & packing.

Rest of the World orders of £15 and over - £9.00 post & packing.

Exceptions to the above:

Overseas orders for canvas prints Canvas orders going to an overseas address should email us at info@studio88.co.uk for a shipping price - our usual shipping rates do not apply.

Alex Henshaw - A Flying Legend book. Due to the weight of this item, we are unable to send it at our usual postal rates which are based around the cost of shipping prints and cards. Therefore, the post and packing charge for each book sent to a U.K. mainland address is £10 per book. Overseas orders, please email us at info@studio88.co.uk with your address and we will provide you with a price for shipping. Because of the value of this book, they will be sent insured by Special Delivery or courier. Please select the appropriate postal charge during the checkout process - if incorrectly selected, we will adjust the p&p charged as detailed above.

Original Paintings. Please note that the Original Paintings displayed on this website are offered for sale by the artists, not Studio 88. The postal rates quoted for delivering prints and cards etc do not apply to original paintings but we would be pleased to discuss various alternative collection/delivery options.
Delivery Schedule

We aim to process your order right away and will normally despatch your order between 1 and 3 business days. Because Giclee prints are individually printed to order and then signed by the artist, these can take a little longer, so please allow for this when ordering. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Multiple orders may be sent in more than one package.
Back Orders

Most of our products are published by ourselves so are usually available from stock. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders but cannot guarantee the continued availability of all products, particularly Limited Edition Prints, which are strictly limited to the edition size shown. We will keep you fully informed should this occur.
Credit Card Security

Credit Card details are taken on a Secure SSL Server, indicated by the Golden Padlock symbol on your browser. Our entire website is now on a secure SSL server.
Guarantee In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, or you are not satisfied with the product, your money will be refunded in full. Please contact us first, and then return the item to us, in the condition it arrived, taking special care especially when re-packing prints.

"You" and "your" relates to the natural person reading this document that is: considering purchasing, has purchased from Studio 88 Limited or is making an enquiry.

WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?

We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.

The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.

We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, and phone.

We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.

HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL DATA

If you place an order, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, after which we will delete it.
